Job Description
If you take pride in clean welds, enjoy working from blueprints, and want a steady schedule with great benefits, this could be a great fit. We’re looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team and help build high-quality components from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Available Shifts
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:15 PM – 2:30 AM
These schedules offer built-in days off and consistent hours.
Salary: $24.00-$34.00 per hour

Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
• Completion of a welding certificate or vocational training program is a plus
• Familiarity with weld fixtures, jigs, and hand tools
• Ability to pass a weld test administered by AES

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and sparks
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Roles & Responsibilites
Welding & Fabrication
• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless components according to work orders and blueprints
• Set up welding machines based on job specifications and material type
• Grind, cut, and clean welds as required to ensure quality and visual appearance
• Inspect finished products for structural integrity and conformance to specifications
Blueprint & Specification Interpretation
• Read and interpret technical drawings, weld symbols, and shop instructions
• Follow standard operating procedures to meet quality and safety standards
Safety & Equipment Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following AES safety policies at all times
• Inspect equipment before use and report malfunctions or safety concerns
• Assist in daily maintenance of tools and welding equipment
Team Collaboration & Productivity
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or quality concerns
• Cross train in other production areas as needed
